The Anglican Catholic Church of Canada is a national province of the world-wide Traditional Anglican Communion, comprising nearly a half a million traditional Anglicans who have professed the fullness of the Catholic Faith, as articulated in the the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and faithfully continue in the Anglican traditions of liturgy and spirituality.
The form to the Mass is similar to the Extraordinary (“Tridentine”) Form but in the traditional English language of the Book of Common Prayer.
Pope Benedict’s Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum coetibus has made it possible for us to be restored to the Communion of the Catholic Church, as part of the Ordinariate being established, while safeguarding our traditional Anglican Rite.
